Avalon Design Konsult Ltd was founded to close the gap between architectural intent and what actually gets built. Fifteen years on, we design and deliver institutional, commercial and luxury residential projects nationwide — from individual villas and gated estates to institutional headquarters.
We believe a good drawing should do more than communicate an idea. It should provide a clear, coordinated and buildable basis for delivery and we remain involved to ensure the finished building reflects the design that was approved.

Quality control does not stop at handover.
Every Avalon project is monitored against the approved drawings and specifications, with structured inspections throughout construction from substructure and structural frame to services and finishes. After completion, we return for snagging and post-construction review, remaining engaged through the defects period to address issues and ensure the completed building performs as intended.

Every scheme is tested against site, climate, budget and buildability. Drawings, specifications and schedules are coordinated so the project can be priced and built without guesswork.
Site presence
Our people are present throughout construction — tracking programme, cost and quality continuously, documenting the work, and ensuring what gets built matches what was drawn.
Straight reporting
Clients receive honest progress reports, including the parts that are behind. We remain engaged after handover to address defects and ensure the completed building performs as intended.
